Super good notebook for OCHEM, can’t imagine using anything else. Spiral is plastic so it’s pretty flimsy, not something you can toss around or shove in your backpack. Like the back cover completely came off but I don’t really mind lol.
I'm a pre-med biomed college student and I bought 2 of these notebooks for my 2 semesters of Organic Chemistry lectures and their accompanying lab courses during my 2 years at college. These pages are super high quality, they don't bleed though, have minimal smudging, are sturdy inside the spiral but can easily be ripped out if needed to be turned in, can be cut and glued into a notebook if need be, and are best of all, the pages are double sided!!! Also very portable and slim. I always put mine in my 2-inch binder with my notebook and textbook pages or just ripped out pages if I only needed a few. Highly recommend it if you are taking OChem/ORGO!

I got this for my organic chem class and so far has been helpful with taking notes.
I used it for my first semester in organic I enjoyed using it because it helped me draw the structure better and was able to write important information about the top on the side of my structure. It helped me stay more organized in my notes which helped me better study for midterms and finals. But I don't like the fact that over time from flipping and opening and closing the notebook the cover of the notebook is falling apart.
